Role Boundaries

This is a voluntary support role. Being accepted does not make you a solicitor or authorised legal adviser, or permit you to provide regulated legal services or represent anyone in proceedings. Unless separately qualified, authorised and assigned, volunteers must stay within approved research, administration and signposting duties, follow BSP procedures, protect confidential information and refer legal questions to a qualified professional.
